Use of the service
You may use ScaleLead to generate business leads for your own legitimate sales, marketing, or prospecting purposes. You may not attempt to access, scrape, enumerate, or reconstruct our underlying domain database, bypass usage limits, or use automated means to exceed your entitlement.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse, quota bypass attempts, or violation of these terms.
Free usage & upgrades
The free tier provides one successful enriched lead per account per day. Higher usage is available through a sales-arranged custom plan; we may change free-tier limits with notice.
Data accuracy
We enrich leads through an AI-assisted, source-verified process and never intentionally fabricate data, but we don't guarantee the completeness or continued accuracy of any generated lead. You're responsible for your own outreach compliance (e.g. applicable anti-spam and data protection law) when using generated contact information.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
